CAFM 6th Annual Conference – October 30, 2019
CAFM 6th ANNUAL CONFERENCE
The Connecticut Association of Flood Managers (CAFM) convened its sixth Annual Conference and Meeting at Waters Edge in Westbrook, Connecticut on October 30, 2019. Approximately 90 CAFM members attended. Lots of folks from diverse backgrounds in and around Connecticut continue to be interested in floodplain management, as evidenced by the breakdown in attendees below:
- Representatives from Connecticut Jurisdictions: 37
- Consultants: 29
- State Government Employees: 11
- Non-Profit Representatives: 2
- Federal Government Employees: 6
- Academia: 3
- Representatives from Industry: 1
The feedback we received was positive. Thank you to everyone who provided suggestions, we’ll try to provide programming that meets your needs in 2020!
If you are a CFM, please note that attending our 2019 conference makes you eligible for 5.0 CECs! We will be sending the CFM attendee list to ASFPM. Attendees are also eligible for 2.0 CECs for CAZEO and 4.5 CECs for AICP.
