CAFM 10th Annual Conference – November 1, 2023

CAFM 10th ANNUAL CONFERENCE The Connecticut Association of Flood Managers (CAFM) convened its 10th Annual Conference and Meeting at the Event Center at Housatonic Community College in Bridgeport, Connecticut on November 11, 2023. Approximately 100 CAFM members attended. Lots of folks from diverse backgrounds in and around Connecticut continue to be interested in floodplain management, as evidenced by the breakdown in attendees below:

We received a lot of constructive feedback from the conference. Thank you to everyone who provided suggestions, we’ll try to provide programming that meets your needs in 2024!

If you are a CFM, please note that attending our 2023 conference makes you eligible for 5.0 CECs! We will be sending the CFM attendee list to ASFPM.

Attendees are also eligible for 2.0 CECs for CZEO through CAZEO, 7.0 CECs for AICP through CTAPA, and 3.0 CECs through OEDM.

Thanks to our partnership with CSCE, New York P.E.s were eligible for 5.0 CECss provided they scanned the QR code and input the codeword at the end of the conference.
